UltraFlex uses a specified silicon product (mostly Dow Corning 995 - see Related Articles) as an attachment system in conjunction with Security / Blast Film to hold broken glass within the window frame.
In this first gallery you can see the large silicon wedge installed in white and black. The finish can be from the gun or masked and tooled.
Batten Fixing uses an aluminium bar to firmly hold the edge of the Security Film onto the window frame. The installation can be two or four sided. The aluminium is attached with 3M™ VHB tape and suitable fasteners and can be powdercoated to match the frame.
